BILLS PAYMENT / COLLECTION

We have gained the trust and  confidence of several major Services and Utilities companies in the Philippines. This empowers our merchants to handle bills collection ranging from water utilities, power companies, insurance providers, and even cable companies. We do not charge any premium for the collection service. This ensures customers that only their amount due is what is needed to be paid. Nothing more, nothing less.

PREPAID AIRTIME LOADING

Our partner distributor GATE DISTRIBUTION, INC. carries all three major cellular phone companies in the Philippines such as SMART, GLOBE, and SUN. This gives an opportunity for retailers to transact airtime loading for all three telcos.

ELECTRONIC CASH

SMART MONEY and GLOBE G-CASH  are the most common forms of "electronic currency" that is widely circulated in the Philippines. Retailers can load the virtual wallets of it's customers for both telcos.

ELECTRONIC PINS

Electronic pins commonly identified with prepaid cards are also available through E.C.Pay in another form called Text A Pin. Instead of receiving a card or a voucher containing the pin information for specific services, E.C.Pay sends this information through SMS messaging. The customer receives the pins through their cellular phones. This ensures the security of the pins and that the merchant front-end does not have any access to the sensitive information.

REMITTANCE (NETWORK SERVICE)

Through our partner merchant M Lhuillier, we can empower merchants with the ability to let customers send money to their relatives domestically with the use of "ML Kwarta Padala" facility. Any customer can send money and recipients can encash this through all M Lhuillier pawnshops nationwide.
