Welcome to E.C.Pay!
 ecpay headquarters

E.C.Pay started out in early 2000 as an electronic payment infrastructure provider to GATE DISTRIBUTION, INC; One of the Philippines largest dealers of prepaid and air-time load for all of the major telecommunications and gaming companies in the country. We conceptualized and developed the use of electronic fund transfer - point of sale terminals (credit card terminals) for the secure delivery of electronic pins to end-users.

The unorthodox use of such a device for electronic pins dispensing is what differentiated E.C.Pay with other providers.

Through the years, E.C.Pay has produced several products and services that catered to the needs of it's merchant clients. Several of these noteworthy achievements include real-time loading of air-time credits, bills payment, electronic pins, retailer loading, and POS integration services.

E.C.Pay has drastically altered the way bills collection processes are implemented in the Philippines with the introduction of the "virtual wallet system". Merchants no longer have to undergo cash bonds for them to collect for various billers. This paved the way for more merchants to join our increasing ranks. Billers were able to benefit from this synergy by providing more collections facilities for their customers.

E.C.Pay is continuously evolving to provide newer products and better service for it's growing merchant network. We are servicing national clients whose reach encompasses the entire Philippines.
